Our Road Through Life

Our road through life goes far past
With some perhaps not seeing
That moments spent upon our sacred soil
Lasts forever in our being.

As examples set for us new heights
We grow more rapidly.
As barriers fade, we gain insight,
Tuning ourselves to reality.

Our lives are richer for each day
We stretch our inner worth.
Fortunately, we have passed by this way,
The closest place to any Heaven is Earth.

Our experiences here results in change
That threads throughout society.
While those who extend their future range
Share in immortality.
